Hanbo serves kalguksu, Korea’s comforting knife-cut noodle soup, alongside handmade mandu, crisp jeon and bubbling hotpots made for sharing.
What we make
Noodles, dumplings and hotpots, made by hand
Traditional recipes, made fresh in our kitchen. Our house-made kimchi and soy-pickled jjangajji are also packed to take home.
Mandu 만두
Steamed Korean dumplings folded by hand: pork, kimchi, pork galbi and shrimp. Order six or mix them half and half.
Jeongol 전골
Hotpots for the table, with mandu and mushroom, ox tendon, spicy pork bone or a whole chicken, plus extra noodles for the end.
